Hi Everybody,
                      Here are some simple painless tips on exactly what YOU can do to lose weight quickly:


  1. Eat breatfast everyday! .......Yes everyday! Even if you woke up late. Even if you have to take the kids to school, drop off drycleaning, walk the dog and STILL get to work before 8. Find a way. You simply MUST eat breakfast.....and NOT McDonalds-have eggs at home and a micro. sausage to boot. This is cute-click

  1. DO NOT EAT after 7pm-nothing-make dam sure you had dinner already!
  2. Have protein with every meal and snack- I sometimes grab a spoonful of peanut butter if I start to feel hungry...did I mention I HATE peanut butter.You can do this!! More tips to follow! Cheers Skinny Minnies-Jen
